Welcome to the Utter Nutter’s website terms and conditions. Please read through these terms carefully before placing your order on our website. By placing an order and using the services you are agreeing to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below. These terms may be updated so please check and read this page carefully and take note of any changes that have been made to the terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions relate to sales over the Internet only. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

 

 

When you place an order on our website this will be your offer to purchase the items from us and we shall email you an acknowledgement of order. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. If there are any problems with your order such as an item that you ordered is unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment, subject to a delay or the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion, we will contact you with the email address that was provided when placing your order. If you cannot be contacted or if we receive no reply to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before confirming your order.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
 
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the item has been dispatched simply use the freepost returns label to return the goods to us for a full refund, however all products will have a visible label attached in view, if this label is removed we cannot offer you a full refund.

 

 

You must not abuse this website. It is prohibited to commit or support a criminal offence. It is also forbidden to transmit or distribute a virus or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene. To also hack into any aspect of the service, corrupt data, cause annoyance to other users is prohibited. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Utter Nutter will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.

 

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

 

 

The standard delivery charge is £3.50 per order, regardless of how many items are ordered, however we offer FREE delivery on all orders over £75.00.

 

Deliveries are Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Please take into account that we are unable to specify delivery times or attempt delivery on weekends. Deliveries of products will be dispatched the next working day (if your order is placed on Friday, your goods will be sent out the following Monday) subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. In some occasions we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details which may delay your order to up to three working days. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

 

Delivery will be made by Interlink Express within two working days of the dispatch of your order. Interlink Express offer an order tracking service in which you are able to track your order from when it is despatch till it is received at the delivery address which was provided at the time of sale. You will receive an order tracking number at the order confirmation stage of your payment. If you wish to track your parcel please visit www.interlinkexpress.com, you can then use the order tracking number on their website to track your order.

 

All deliveries require someone to accept and sign for your order at the delivery address. If there is no one to sign at the delivery address, Interlink may attempt to leave the package with a neighbour. If this attempt is made, Interlink will leave a card stating that they have left your package with a neighbour. If your package cannot be signed for Interlink will leave a card with a consignment number, date and time of attempted delivery. There will also be information on the nearest interlink depot. Interlink will hold your package at your nearest depot for five working days for you to collect your order. If there is no attempt of your package being collected, Interlink will then return the goods to Utter Nutter.

 

At the moment we only offer delivery to the UK.

 

 

We offer a secure payment option for you to purchase your product so your details will be safe. You are able to purchase your product with your credit card through our RBS WorldPay payment gateway. When making a purchase you will be directed to RBS WorldPay secured site.

Payments can be made by Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, Solo and JCB.

 

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
