I have seen an item I would like to purchase but it is out of stock.
As we are a bricks and mortar store, products may become out of stock. If there is a particular product that you wish to purchase but it is out of stock, please feel free to email or telephone us. We will then take your contact details and let you know when it is available to purchase again. You can find our details in the Contact Us section.
What are your delivery charges?
The standard delivery charge is £3.50 per order, regardless of how many items are ordered. However we offer FREE delivery on all orders over £75.00.
When will I receive my order?
Deliveries are made Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
When you place an order, your goods will usually be processed and shipped the next working day (if your order is placed on Friday, your goods will be sent out the following Monday). We also offer a tracking service which will let you track your item until it is delivered to your doorstep. More information on this will be made available to you when you are purchasing a product.
Please take into account that we are unable to specify delivery times or attempt delivery on weekends. For more information on deliveries please read our terms and conditions.
How can I pay for my product?
You are able to purchase your product with your credit card through RBS WorldPay. When making a purchase you will be directed to RBS WorldPay secured site. We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, Solo and JCB.
There are no extra charges for payment when using your credit/debit card.
What happens if I want to return an item?
If you are unhappy with your order you are entitled to return your product within 14 days of receiving it by sending it to our returns address below. There is also a print out version of our returns address so it saves you time writing it out. Please also include your invoice with your returned product.
We will not accept refunds on products that have their labels detached. Each product will have a visible label attached to it, if this label is detached then we can no longer offer you a refund, so please make sure you are satisfied with the product before removing the label.
